Just Show Up – T shirts

The two of us started working out at the gym together and this became our mantra for those mornings where we didn’t want to get up or go. We knew that if we just showed up our bodies would catch up to the work that was ahead.

We aim to take this mindset to every workout, every run, every time we toe a starting line. You never know what will happen when you just show up. But, you do know that nothing will, if you don’t.
